AUTOMATIC L-SEALER LA-1000L + SHRINK TUNNEL LC-2000

The systems of Automatic L-Sealer LA-1000L and Shrink Tunnel LC-2000 is widely used in  packaging procedure for steel pipes, decorating items, long planks and other products that have extra length.

I. FEATURES:

• L-Sealer machine:

• The extended structure of the machine is suitable for packaging the heat shrink film for the product which have an extra length.
• Suitable when using with PE, POF film and other films that was made from other plastic materials.
• When the machine seals the film, there’s no smoke appearing, so the cleaning of the atmosphere around the operation area is warranted. 

• Shrink Tunnel

• Infrared radiation titanium heat pipe is adopted for large heating and power saving.
• The hot air circulation efficiency in the shrink chamber is high, the temperature in the shrink chamber is uniformed and the shrinking speed is fast.
• The feeding conveyor is driven by variable speed motor to adjust the speed easily.
• The product can move through the shrink chamber within a short time (3s) and can be shrunk completely.
• The feeding speed can be adjusted to upper than 7.5 s/min.
• The fast heating process allows the shrink chamber ready to operate after 10 minutes starting the machine.
