FISH SCALING MACHINE UP-12K

The fish scaling machine UP-12K is used for removing the fish scale on the fish body without damaging the fish meat. The machine is used in the seafood processing industrial.

I. FEATURES: 

1. Easy operation: 

   • The water is supplied directly from the tap through a hose

   • Easy and simple operation by turning on the power and putting fish on the conveyor

   • Quick processing at any time and any place by any person and even with only one piece of fish

   • Can adjust freely the speed of conveyor and the water pressure to be fit with the size of product; allow the optimum setting for any fish types easily.

2. Power saving

   • The high pressure water type just only need 4kW for operating.

   • The water filling speed is 25 l/min

   • The running cost is just only 1/6 cost of the common big machine

3. High speed

   • Processing speed of 700 to 900 2-kg sea breams/hour

   • For 1.5 kg sea breams, 900 to 1200 pcs./hour

   • For 0.5 kg red rock fish, 2000 to 2500 pcs./hour(Varying with the fish type, freshness, etc.)

4. Good quality

   • High-pressure water will be sprayed from  a hose to clean even small scales on belly, back and under-fin sections etc.

5. Option:

   • Inlet support conveyor

   • Outlet conveyor

   • Specifications exclusive for small fish

   • Electrolytic Hypochlorite water generating device (Possible to continuously use the device
     while generating sterilizing water.)
