1. Operation principle of shrimp classifying machine

The shrimp classifying machine operates base on the principle of putting the shrimp onto the hopper which is attached on the chain, and under the affecting off the driving motor, the chain conveyor move the hopper containing the product across the approaching switch to provide the data and to the load cell for determining the weight of product, the signal will be sent from the approaching switch and load cell to the PLC for treatment and then transfer the output signal to the corresponding reject motor to push the hopper containing the corresponding product to the suitable tray.

Classifying products

If each factory needed 7-9 workers for classifying fish by hand or by eyes before, the accuracy would be low. Because almost the workers estimates the product by hand or by eyes so that it will not only make the fish classifying has big error but also make a big problem about the fee, training time and processing experiences to the enterprise.

That’s why the strain of shrimp classifying machine is created to satisfy the demand of solving the problem with the labor shortage, besides the shrimp classifying machine increases the capacity and fee effect for  enterprises

With 2 workers operating the machine, the capacity can reach 180-220 pcs/min (for the shrimp, we use 200g machine)
